If the house prices after Brexit increases in UK, many will find it difficult to save enough for the deposits. Currently, the schemes like Lifetime ISA are helping buyers afford the deposits. Nonetheless, it is expected the prices can increase but at modest rates. If house prices go down after Brexit, we cannot tell you for sure.
